The African continent has beprotracted conflicts and en experiencing frequent crisis. One of the most disappointing features in the political development of Africa during all these years of independence has been leadership and a continuous state of violent conflicts. These have included civil wars, inter-country wars and other forms of armed violence, including terrorist activities. Violent conflicts impose immeasurable human suffering and large economic and social costs.The loss of human life; destruction of infrastructure, human capital, and institutions; political instability; and greater uncertainty associated with conflicts can impede investment and economic growth—not only during conflict but also afterward, making it difficult to escape the “conflict trap.” In addition, conflicts tend to complicate public finances, lowering revenue by destroying part of the tax base while raising military expenditures.
Fiscal deficits and public debt rise as a result, and resources shift away from social and developmental spending, which further accentuates the conflicts’ debilitating consequences.Conflicts are also an opportunity for corrupt individuals to syphon aid and other funding.

LIFE OFF CAMPUS PROGRAM
Young people’s situation and future prospects are of vital concern to us all. Many of them face high unemployment or joblessness and serious difficulties in getting a firm foothold into the labor market and business environment. Many leave education institutions without the requisite information, skills or competences needed in today’s economy and society. Many are also experiencing falling relative (and sometimes real) wages and considerable uncertainty as to whether or not they will be able to settle into good career.
But at the same time, our ageing societies need, more than ever before, to harness the potential of all of our young people. Youth represents a tremendous potential development of human capital which a world cannot afford to neglect. The impact of technological changes in the fields of business and economy mostly has been felt and demands a concrete response.
This response involves a clear information sharing system, change of teaching techniques of business skills and the training of skilled manpower to target economy and gearing up human resources to meet the challenges of our global world.
Although unemployment has increased due to recession, many of the youths are technically not unemployed. More youths are economically inactive and enrolled in schools or vocational training.
The new economy mentality requires innovation,training, reinventing education, and entrepreneurship that significantly favors youth. To give the most comprehensive picture, this program put a clear picture of a global state business environment and share all the opportunities values and challenges in different institutions, companies, sectors of entrepreneurship and business in the contemporary world.
MARRIAGE AND FAMILY EDUCATION
The Marriage and Family Education is a program that blends understanding of the composition of human interaction to enhance healthy relationship knowledge and skills. Marriage and family life are microcosms of life itself. They can decide the health and well-being of any community or nation. A healthy marriage and family can be valuable resources for a community.
SPORTS AND GAMES FOR SCHOOL GOING CHILDREN AND YOUTH
The Sport sector touches the lives of most people, either as spectators, or more broadly, as direct participants, or indirect participants. It teaches our young people how to rise to a challenge, nurturing the character and discipline that will help them get on in life.
It encourages us all to lead healthier and more active lives. Sport achieves a number of impacts simultaneously, making it a highly cost-effective intervention. Many of the links between sport and different social impacts are common, including greater physical competencies, better cognitive skills, better social skills, trust and reciprocity, and identification with social values.
FIGHTING AGAINST GENDER BASED VIOLENCE (GBV) “TEARLESS CRIES”- A PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS IN TANZANIA.
Upon “Tearless Cries” (Kilio kisicho na Machozi-Swahili translation) is a program under The Living Smile International (LSI) that intends to identify Gender-Based Violence that have been neglected towards parenting and society irresponsibility despite the cries that prevail among children and adolescents but some families and societal members have considered and taken it as normal cries due to different reasons and some include; cultural perceptions and low economic status in the family. Consequently, the groups have developed an inner-tears and the outcome is witnessed through social vices among youth and adolescents and school dropout especially for girls. The LSI intends to rise up an impactful awareness and measures to children and adolescents by wiping away their inner tears through conducting public education, mentorship programs, training to specific groups, counselling, dialogue and make a network with both local and international stakeholders and experts to facilitate material and non-material support that might reduce the burden facing children and adolescents within families and societies.
